Following our Winter Mahjong League, we’re excited to return this spring with a thoughtfully structured 7-week league designed to support players at different stages of their Mahjong journey. We continue to embrace both American and Chinese Mahjong styles. Mahjong 101 graduates — the Greenwich Mahjong League is the perfect transition into regular play. Consistent play is where confidence builds, patterns begin to click, and real improvement happens. Many players find they make their biggest leaps simply by playing more often in a supportive group setting. For players who enjoy a smoother, faster-moving game, our league offers a structured format with a mix of tables — some with more guided play and others designed for a faster pace. Players are encouraged to settle into tables that match their preferred rhythm, helping everyone enjoy the evening in a way that feels right for them. This league blends organized play, light host guidance, and a welcoming social atmosphere. Whether you are continuing from Mahjong 101 or looking for a regular, well-run league night, our goal is simple: to create an experience that feels fun, polished, and something you genuinely look forward to each week. Please note: This league is intended for players who are comfortable with the basics of Mahjong, including general rules, flow of play, and hand selection. Players who prefer a fully instructional environment may benefit more from Mahjong 101 or private lessons.
