Cancellation Policy

Mahjong 101 – Course Policy Registration & Payment • Registration is confirmed upon full payment. • Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds • All registrations are final. • No refunds or credits once the course has begun. • If the course is cancelled by Greenwich Mahjong Club, a full refund will be issued. Attendance & Communication • Mahjong 101 is a progressive, multi-session course, with each class building on the previous one. • Full attendance is strongly encouraged for the best learning experience. • If you are unable to attend a class, please notify the instructor in advance, as Mahjong is a four-player game and table numbers must be adjusted accordingly. • Missed classes cannot be made up and are not refundable. • Substitutes are not permitted. ⸻ Course Materials • Digital reference materials are shared during the course to help students review and remember what we learn together. • These materials are provided as a supplement to live instruction, not a replacement. • Hands-on play, demonstrations, guided instruction, and in-class discussion are central to the learning experience. ⸻ Personal Use Only • All course materials are for personal educational use only. • Materials may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission from Greenwich Mahjong Club. ⸻ Required Materials • Students are encouraged to bring: • A notebook and pencil • Reading glasses if needed • An official American Mahjong card (recommended but not required for the first class)
